# B&B Island Tours – Booking & Cancellation Policy ## Booking Policy * All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from B&B Island Tours. * A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation, depending on the selected tour or activity. * Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including names, contact details, cruise ship or hotel information, and the correct number of participants. * Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least **15 minutes** before your scheduled departure time. * Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or be considered a no-show without a refund. ## Cancellation Policy ### Customer Cancellations * **More than 48 hours before the scheduled tour:** Full refund. * **24–48 hours before the scheduled tour:** 50% refund. * **Less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour:** No refund. * **No-shows or missed tours:** No refund. ### Rescheduling * Guests may reschedule their tour free of charge if the request is made at least **48 hours** before the scheduled activity, subject to availability. * Requests made within 48 hours are subject to approval and availability. ## Cancellation by B&B Island Tours B&B Island Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to: * Unsafe weather conditions * Government restrictions * Mechanical issues * Insufficient participant numbers * Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control If we cancel your tour, you will be offered one of the following: * A full refund, or * The option to reschedule for another available date. ## Weather Policy Most tours operate rain or shine. However, if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our guides or captains, the tour may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled for the safety of all guests. ## Cruise Ship Guarantee If your cruise ship is unable to dock due to weather or port restrictions, or if your ship's arrival is officially cancelled, you will receive a full refund for your booking. ## Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
