Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Deposit Policy A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with B&B Island Tours. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment arrangements agreed upon at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation, the services booked, and any costs already incurred to secure your reservation. *The 20% deposit is not automatically non-refundable.* Refund eligibility will be determined based on the applicable cancellation terms and any non-refundable expenses associated with your booking. Please contact B&B Island Tours directly to request a cancellation or discuss a refund. 3. Seasonal Discounts and Promotions Discounts and promotional offers may vary depending on the season, availability, and current promotions. B&B Island Tours does not guarantee a fixed discount percentage throughout the year. All applicable discounts will be confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to the terms of the specific offer. 4. Payment Policy The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment method and schedule agreed upon when booking. Cash on arrival may be available for eligible reservations. 5. Excursion and Activity Policy All excursions and activities are subject to availability and weather conditions. Changes may be necessary due to safety concerns, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 6. Cruise Ship Return Guarantee B&B Island Tours prioritizes returning all guests to their cruise ships on time. Guests must follow the agreed meeting times and instructions provided by their tour guide. 7. Customer Agreement By completing your booking and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of B&B Island Tours.
